Shortly after graduating high school in 1976 I took employment with a pet shop as a dog washer while I apprenticed as a groomer. Within months I learned and mastered each step at a time.

In 1980 I started Yvonne’s Canine Coiffures (YCC) part time grooming dogs at their residences.

In 1992 YCC Incorporated and took ownership of Aurora Kennel, I reside on the premises.

Aurora Kennel originally opened in the early 1970’s. The kennel still has all indoor large runs that are 3’ by 10’ or 6’ by 10’ and are air conditioned or heated depending on season.
